In this inspection, we do conduct site visit and health check inspection being carried out by our expert team. During inspection we conduct inspection of the Grease connections supply and its damages with rectification suggestions, Gear teeth operation conditions, Wear performance of the bearing gearing & Pinion, Bolting connections witness/ check if any looseness, Axial Reduction measurement, Tilting wear measurement, Bering rotations, Understand the operation and maintenance related issues arises earlier.
Upon Pro-Active Health check inspection, we generate and submit site inspection report with proper and transparent suggestions and recommendations to improve life of the bearing in operation.

2. Based on Pandemic situation, conducted Refurbishment of Stacker slewing bearing at customer end within time and installed as desired, the same refurbished bearing was in operation for 2.5 years.

2. Order received for Refurbishment of slewing bearings of Dia. 4.3 mtr. Qty. 2 nos.
