After garnering extensive hands-on experience over 14 years in slewing bearing manufacturing, we embarked on our entrepreneurial journey in January 2020, establishing our own company named M/s PP Engineering Solutions & Consultancy, specializing exclusively in SLEWING BEARINGS.
Since our company’s inception, we have been providing support to numerous customers spanning industries such as Steel, Power, Cement, Mining, Port, Wind, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Excavators, Antennas, Radars, and more. Our customers consistently express satisfaction with our support services, finding confidence in our ability to ensure smooth equipment operation.
Our Managing Director, Mr. Punjabrao Patil, brings to the table extensive knowledge and experience across all aspects of slewing bearing Design, Manufacturing, Refurbishment, Site Support, and Services. He is a driven, hands-on engineer with a deep technical understanding honed through extensive training in slewing bearings in Europe. Punjabrao possesses both the experience and passion necessary to tackle customer challenges transparently, providing effective solutions.
In our commitment to enhancing customer experiences, we regularly travel to customer sites, conducting Pro-Active Health Check inspections. These inspections allow us to offer tailored solutions and action plans aimed at improving the operational lifespan of existing slewing bearings.
Additionally, we manufacture bearings according to customer specifications, whether for replacement or new installations. This process involves meticulous selection of material grades for forged seamless rolled rings, as well as the utilization of top-tier machining facilities, induction hardening, and grinding of bearing tracks.
Our involvement spans every stage of the process, from design and factory inspections to testing, logistics, and on-site installation support. We conduct annual wear checks, particularly in the Iron, Coal, and Bauxite sectors, ensuring continued performance and reliability.
We have supplied and supported clients globally, offering onsite Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and installation support to meet warranty requirements. Our engineers conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and collaborate with third-party Quality Assurance (QA) auditors to ensure compliance and uphold stringent quality control standards.
In the burgeoning renewable energy market, we provide extensive support for Pitch, Yaw, and Main Rotor slewing bearings, addressing critical requirements with our engineering expertise. We pride ourselves on being the sole provider of SEAL replacement services for Yaw & Pitch bearings.
