In this process, our expert metallurgical team conducts controlled heating and cooling cycles using advanced furnaces. During heat treatment, we monitor temperature profiles, atmosphere conditions, and hardness levels with utmost precision. We perform treatments such as hardening, tempering, annealing, stress relieving, case hardening, and nitriding depending upon the component and application requirement.
Upon completion of heat treatment, every component is tested thoroughly. Our quality team carries out hardness testing, microstructure analysis, and dimensional checks to ensure zero distortion and accurate mechanical properties. This guarantees improved performance, reduced wear, and extended component life.

Expanded facilities with hardening and tempering furnaces to support large diameter gears and industrial components. Successfully delivered treated components to 7 valued customers across steel and power sectors.
Upgraded shop with nitriding and case hardening capabilities, enabling treatment of critical wear components. Heat-treated and supplied 2 slewing bearings of Dia. 2.0 meters. Executed orders for refurbishment with in-house heat treatment of slewing bearings of Dia. 4.3 meters.
Commissioned automated cycle-controlled furnaces for consistent quality and reduced turnaround time. Manufactured and supplied 3 slewing bearings of Dia. 2.3 meters with in-house treated races and rolling elements. Customer base expanded further with 10+ new clients relying on our heat treatment expertise.
